I probably should consider myself lucky for the opportunity to bring a lot of the things I love into my work and volunteering.
My mission is to use my skills to create a meaningful impact in the world. I believe that making things more efficient is only part of the answer. Sometimes, we need to step back and question whether we are solving the right problem in the first place. For me, that means using technology to create more freedom and meaningful opportunities — not simply to help us do more work. It means thinking about how we build things, how we use our resources, and whether what we create is actually worth creating.
I would love to be part of world-changing projects that leave the world in a better state for coming generations, while equipping and mentoring people to become world changers themselves.
Does that sound idealistic? Might be. But I think we all agree that we cannot just continue as we do forever.
